Manage and respond to requests to change an employee's status. This process includes a request submitted by the employee's supervisor and a verification that the request has been fully processed by HR.


This process includes:

Change employee status
To be completed by the employee's Supervisor to request that employee's status be changed. You can add organization or job specific fields as required.

Human Resources pay code
To be completed by the HR Officer to ensure the employee's new status is entered into the payroll system.
