Manage and respond to requests to temporarily assign an employee to another position in the organization. This process records the request, allows for approval and Human Resource coding of the new assignment.


This process includes:

Temporary reassignment
To be completed by the supervisor requesting that one of their employees be temporarily reassigned. Includes the date range and type of temporary reassignment. You can customize the form to include further details such as any organization specific or legal requirements.

Human Resources pay code
To be completed by the Human Resources officer to allow payroll to log temporary reassignment information. You can customize the form to include organization specific information.

Set approvals as desired.
