Process: Shared drive access

TemplateShared drive access

Manage and respond to requests for access to a shared folder or to have selected files moved to the newly created shared folder.


This process includes:

Request for creation of shared drive
To be completed by the employee requesting the creation of or access to a shared drive folder to share common documents.

IT Processing of shared folder request
To be completed by the IT Officer who has completed the work, indicating employees who now have access and the location of the shared drive.

Set approvals as desired.
